Lexy Mitchell
Regional Manager – 16 years
Lexy Mitchell is our Regional Manager.
She began her career at Huffman Welding as an Administrative Assistant. Branching out to the newly opened Huffman’s Farm and Home in West Burlington as a Shift Manager, later transferring to Fort Madison as Assistant Manager.
During her career at the company, she has served in a variety of positions, including Cashier, Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and now Regional Manager. She understands all the roles in making the store run smoothly.

KORTNEY MILLER
West Burlington Store Manager – 13 years
Kortney Miller is our West Burlington Store Manager.
She joined our team here at Huffman’s Farm and Home in July of 2011 as a receiving associate and has quickly climbed the ranks to her current position as store manager.

Lacy Gustafson
Fort Madison Store Manager – 10 years
Lacy Gustafson is our Fort Madison Store Manager.
She joined our team here at Huffman’s Farm and Home in 2014 as a cashier and floor associate and has quickly climbed the ranks to her current position as Store Manager.
